GALA from The HU states “I am very glad to be finding more about the Movember and the mission they are working towards. Us men tend to delay and overlook health issues we face especially mental health and cancer until it is too late. Comparing to women, men tend to tilt to toxic habits such as drinking and smoking when faced with problems instead of talking with someone or seeking for help. Therefore, learning about warning signs and understanding the issues through the events such as Movember is a great way to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is my hope that Movember will take up more space in the global scale and help raise awareness for men.“
